Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 6, 2026

LeadConnecter Agency ("LeadConnecter," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and the SMS text messaging and marketing services we provide.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly and information collected automatically:

Information you provide

  • Contact & lead info: first and last name, email address, phone number, and project details you submit through our forms.
  • SMS & messaging info: your mobile number, the messages you send us, and your opt-in and opt-out choices.
  • Communications: content of emails, calls, and messages you exchange with us.

Information collected automatically

  • Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, referring URLs, and interaction data collected via cookies and similar technologies.
  • Location data: approximate location derived from IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries, provide quotes, and deliver the services you request.
  • Send SMS marketing and transactional text messages where you have consented.
  • Send service-related and administrative communications by email.
  • Improve our website, services, content, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Analyze trends, measure campaign performance, and compile aggregate statistics.
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

SMS & Text Messaging

SMS Marketing Program

We may send recurring SMS marketing and promotional messages — such as service updates, offers, and follow-ups — to customers and contacts who have provided express written consent. Message frequency varies (typically up to 4 messages per month). By opting in, you consent to receive these messages.

  • Opt out: Reply STOP, STOP ALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, or END to any message to stop receiving marketing texts. You will receive a confirmation.
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance with our SMS program.
  • Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
  • Carrier partners: Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, and others. Availability and delivery depend on your carrier.

A2P 10DLC Compliance

Our SMS program operates under the A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person 10-Digit Long Code) framework. We register our Brand and Campaign with The Campaign Registry and carrier aggregators, and we comply with applicable carrier rules, the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Consent requirements

We only send marketing SMS to numbers where we have captured prior express written consent, including the mobile number, the date and time of consent, and a record of what the user agreed to. We do not send marketing SMS without valid opt-in.

Transactional messages

Some text messages are transactional (account, appointment, or service-related) and may be sent without marketing opt-in where permitted by law. Transactional messages are not promotional and you cannot opt out of required service messages.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, understand traffic, and measure marketing performance. We use both essential cookies (required for the site to function) and non-essential analytics and advertising cookies. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings; essential cookies cannot be disabled.

Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only as described here:

  • Service providers: vendors who help us operate the business (e.g., messaging, analytics, CRM, hosting) under written agreements limiting their use of your data.
  • SMS carriers & aggregators: to deliver text messages and maintain A2P 10DLC registration.
  • Legal compliance: where required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to confidentiality.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms for analytics, advertising, email, and SMS delivery. These providers process data on our behalf or under their own terms. Their privacy policies govern their use of data, and we encourage you to review them.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described here, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. SMS opt-in and opt-out records are retained to demonstrate consent and compliance for the period required by applicable law. You may request deletion subject to legal retention requirements.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We do not guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data and promptly investigate suspected breaches.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights including:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent (including SMS consent) at any time.
  • Request data portability.
  • Opt out of targeted advertising and "sales" or "sharing" of personal data (CCPA/CPRA).
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise these rights, email privacy@leadconnecter.agency. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law and may verify your identity before acting.

We Do Not Sell Your Information

We do not sell your personal information or mobile information, as "sell" is defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and we do not sell data as defined under other state or federal law. We do not share mobile information with non-affiliated third parties for their own marketing without your consent.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top. For significant changes to how we use SMS or personal data, we will provide notice where required by law (for example, in a text message or email). Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
